Our client requested the first-floor powder room to be turned into a full bathroom due to not being able to use the bathroom on the second floor. For this renovation, the hallway closet was turned into a shower. We installed an acrylic shower pan as low as possible, a folding teak bench, and two separate shower valves with their own volume and temperature controls for ease of use while sitting. New tile flooring, tile surround, pedestal sink, new toilet, new trim, paint, and new lights were all installed.
