01 Contact
Give us a call at 847-525-0690 or fill out our contact form and owner and lead contractor Vrej Sazian will respond promptly. We’ll set a date and time to meet and visit your project site where we’ll discuss your interests and gather information.
02 Estimate
Shortly after reviewing the details of your project you will be emailed a quote to review. Our proposals are detailed and thorough and include price breakdowns for full transparency.
03 Timeline
Once the quote is approved we will schedule a start date and a project timeline. By making all decisions and securing permits before construction begins we create a worry-free environment and a smooth construction process.
04 Design
Have an idea but not sure how to make it a reality? Our award-winning in-house designer will meet with you and create a plan to realize your vision using a blend of creative space planning exceptional design knowledge and expert organization.
05 build
During your renovation we stay in close contact and keep you updated each step of the way. We contact customers daily to keep you informed of progress update you on whether the day's expectations have been met and what the next steps are. At the end of the day job sites are kept clean and tidy—a detail we know is important to our clients.
06 complete
Upon the timely completion of your project we schedule a final walkthrough with you to review all aspects of the work and ensure your expectations are met. Customer service is of utmost importance to us and we leave each project with happy clients.
