Our client with an unfinished basement requested a basement with one bedroom, storage room, closet, full bathroom, built-in entertainment with podium for a higher theater seating, custom audio visual, four zones of heated floors, and LVL flooring throughout. Soffits were also installed for HVAC.

The new bathroom includes a poured pan for hexagonal floor tile with a linear drain and a solid stone curb, a shower system with a handheld and rain head, a glass shower door, and a floating vanity.
