For this project, we converted a kitchen and dining room into one large kitchen. Double LVL's were installed for the width of the entire project due to the load-bearing wall separating the kitchen and living room. Framing, load-bearing i-beam, and foundation work completed to ensure all  loads were transferred to the basement. Plumbing added for a wet vent for a second sink in the island. The electrical panel was upgraded to 200 amp service to support the new electric double oven. LVL flooring throughout, new windows, new can lights throughout, under-cabinet and in-cabinet lighting, breakfast area with custom bench, and new tile back splash were all installed.
