The client requested the lower level of the home to be remodeled with new LVL flooring, new sliding glass door, all new doors, paint, lights, and trim. We were able to install plumbing for the wet bar and dishwasher due to split-level sharing kitchen plumbing wall. We installed quartz countertops with towers, a wine rack, and floating shelves with lights against the tile backsplash.
